Yes, all of them are in stock. Since all items are either overstocks or shelf pulls from department stores, the quantity for each style is limited. Usually there is only one in stock for each style or size. Fides Fashion is unable to restock the same item once it is sold out.

Yes, all of our items are new. 99% of our clothing have its original manufacturer's hangtags. Keep in mind that those hangtags shows multiple markdowns in price, and some hangtags are cut to prevent store returns. All shoes are brand new without its original box. All our items are genuine, we never sell fakes or knockoffs.

A sales tax of 8.5% will be added for items that ship to California only. All non US buyers are responsible for their own country's custom and/or duties taxes. The content of all international shipment will be clearly stated for custom purposes.

Fides Fashion accepts any major credit cards through Google Checkout or Paypal. If you choose Paypal, it will prompt you to log in for payment after you placed your order. If you do not have a Paypal account, make sure you select to pay by credit card option on the left hand side of the page.

We ship within one business day once payment is cleared. We ship using USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.

Yes, besides US and Canada, along with APO/FPO addresses, Fides Fashion also ships to Australia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Japan, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Return is accepted within 7 days. Only the sales amount would be refunded (excluding postage fee). Please email us first before returning. Items must be unworn with original tags, packaging and a copy of the packing slip. Items will be inspected first before refunds are issued. Buyer is responsible for their own return postage. There is no restocking fees.

Each item has its own respective shipping charge base on weight, and it is displayed next to the product picture. We do combine shipping on multiple items, and the combined total will be reflected in the shopping cart. All shipping charges include insurance.

All items are insured with a third party provider. If the item is damaged or lost, Fides Fashion will refund the full amount including shipping charges. In order to receive a refund, contact us and we will ask you to sign a claim form. You will be asked to provide damage descriptions and/or pictures. Please retain all packaging material and damaged goods in its original form as received. Damage claim must be filed immediately. For lost claims, a 21-days wait is required for domestic shipments; a 45-days wait is required for international shipments.
